Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aries & Heather, we stand behind the quality of our fashion and beauty products and take great care to ensure every item reaches you in perfect condition. We do not sell used or previously returned items.

If you’ve received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible to begin the return process. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 2 to 15 business days depending on your bank and payment provider.

Please note: In cases of fraudulent or excessive return requests, Aries & Heather reserves the right to limit or refuse future returns. All returns are subject to review and approval.


How to Request a Return

  1. Submit a request through our Customer Care (ariesandheather@gmail.com) with the following details:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item

    • If you received the wrong item, also attach a photo of the shipping label on your package

  2. Once your request is received, our team will review the details and guide you through the return process.


Returns(Refunds) Are Not Accepted If:

  • The product was not purchased through the official Aries & Heather online store

  • The package was returned due to customer error (e.g. incorrect address, failed delivery attempts)

  • You changed your mind after placing the order

  • You ordered the wrong size, color or item by mistake

  • The return is requested more than 30 days after delivery

  • The item has been used, worn, or intentionally damaged

  • You want to exchange for a different color, size, or style

  • Your order has not yet been delivered and is still in transit

Order Cancellations

  • If you choose to cancel your order after it has been placed, a $10 cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers transaction and processing costs incurred on our end.

  • We are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been shipped.

Product color may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting. Please take this into account before making your purchase.

Return Shipping Costs : Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will not be provided, and buyers must cover the cost of returning the item.

Tracking Required : If you're returning an item, you must provide a valid tracking number as proof of shipment. Refunds will only be processed once the return has been received and inspected.
