When Will My Order Arrive?
- Ready-to-Ship Items: We need 1-4 business days to prepare your order in our warehouse before it ships out. Remember to factor this into your total delivery time.
- Pre-Orders: Check the product page for expected availability dates. Since these items aren't ready yet, choosing faster shipping won't speed up delivery.

What If My Package Doesn't Get Delivered?
- Help Us Get Your Order to You: Some locations can be tricky for delivery drivers to find safely, and nobody wants a lost package! Please double-check that you've included all the important details like your street number, apartment number, or building name.
- When Delivery Issues Are on You: If your package can't be delivered because of incorrect information you provided (like the wrong address, phone number, or recipient name), we won't be able to process a refund. We know this sounds strict, but it helps keep things fair for everyone.
- Need to Fix Your Order Info? Catch a mistake? Email us at ariesandheather@gmail.com with your order number and the correct details as soon as possible - but definitely before your order ships out!
- Special Delivery Notes: If you're in Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, or Virgin Islands, add an extra 1-2 days to your delivery estimate. You might also need to pick up your package from your local post office.
Things That Can Slow Down Your Order
- Unexpected Delays: Sometimes packages get held up by busy holiday seasons, bad weather, postal strikes, or public holidays. We totally get that waiting is frustrating, and we appreciate your patience when these things happen.
- Tracking Updates: Occasionally, carriers are slower to update tracking information or experience their own delays. Rest assured, we're doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Military Addresses: Unfortunately, we can't ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses anywhere. Please use a regular street address when placing your order.
